tape stuck ultrium 230

tape stuck in drive. All lights are on. Tried power cycle, server restart, holding eject button - nothing helps. Can not locate emergency reset button on this particular drive. Any help will be appreciated

Thanks Rob,
we did everything but removing the drive and doing manual extraction of the tape, i guess that's what we have to do.
It is likely to be a mechanical problem as all software tools are not cummunicating with the drive.
