tape stucked is the drive

hi all,

i have a tape that is stucked in the drive 2 in a library, this is the first time i have this problem, i tried to use the drive and i receive that the drive is busy, i tried to move the tape but no success.

please help

hi,

i would advise you place a call to hp, most of the drives are sealed so if you attempt to open it and remove the tape you may invalidate your warranty or contravene the terms of your contract.
if you wish to do so then provide details of the drive make/type and someone may be able to provide a solution.

i tried to move it 10 mins ago and it works but i had to recinfigure the tape drive again.
