TL891DLX Picker Jam

I'm receiving fault error 3100, picker jam on my system. any way to fix this? or is a new picker needed?

Check if any cartridge is improper insertet or jamed in any slot, of if a cartridge is ejectet from the drive / stuck.

Recover any of thes manually, then power cycle the library.
