ultrium 1 not recognized by new server

ultrium 1 not recognized by new server

ultrium 1 attached to a 532 PCI controller is not recognized by Windows Server 03 in a Proliant DL380 G3. I've tried hardware scans but it doesn't show in device manager or in ARCserve's Device Manager.
Any suggestions?
