Ultrium not seen by Server 2003

I've just installed a SCSI 2021 and booted Windows, installed the driver for the card but the Ultrium 215 is not seen in the device list.

Is this normal or have I missed something?

Sorry, I meant 2120S.

On boot the device is listed in the controller (CTRL-A) listing.

Is the Drive internal or external ?

External, I'm starting to think because the controller is RAID, it may not like the unit.

smart Arrays are not supported by tape drive maybe you connected the tape drive to the out port not the In. In port is the one on botton also you should see the auto termination LED solid green. You should at least see the drive on device manager.
