URGENT: cannot backup system file

Hello,
I have HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader with HP Data Protector Express Single Server as software, when begin backup job, it write until the system file and and it show opened for write in the sofware and idle in the tape drive.

Hi!

Can you not select which files that should not be backed up? Or do you have to have this system file included?
