Where is current firmware for MSL4048/8096 for Linux systems?

I've spent a long time today searching for the latest firwmare download for Linux for the MSL series tape libraries. The entries on the Storage web pages have circular references telling you to go to various places to get the firmware, but under the MSL4048 and MSL8096 there is only the software, no firmware. Several versions of firmware are showing to have been removed -- so I'm wondering where do I get firmware?

Here is the LTT firmware bundle:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=1842552&swItem=co-38806-19&prodNameId=1842553&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=13&taskId=135&mode=4&idx=0

LTT is available for many different OS, the firmware format is always the same, see

http://www.hp.com/support/tapetools

direct links:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/information_storage/software/ltt/firmware/MSL4048_6.00.frm

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/information_storage/software/ltt/firmware/MSL8096_8.50.frm

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
