Greetings. I just purchased:
HPZ840 workstation
HP Ultrium 15000 external tape drive
LSI 9217-4i4e 8 port SAS 6gbs card
The drive works fine (ran it thru Tape tools) however when copying files from the Tape drive to SanDisk SSD drive tt copies very very slow compared to two other setups I have. One with the Z640. The Z640 copies files at 25-30 mbps while the 840 copies at 3-10 mbps????? why?
Both workstations are dedicated solely to copying .dpx files to SSD.
Both workstations run on Windows 10
Both workstations have the latest drivers and both Ultrium 15000's have the latest firmware P351
in the compatibility matrix it states both the Z640 and Z840 can use the LSI card I installed
Thoughts?

Hi @chrisangel,
We understand your concern.
Since the Firmware are Drivers are already updated, it may need further checking.
Logs may needs to be reviewed. So, the best would be to log Case with HPE
Thank you
