Hi
from my experience your storage will continue to work but
you will not be able to create new things like volumes or snapshots
you will only be able to delete things
Regards

We are also running into this, and I think you'll have an issue if you are running storage integrated backup like Veeam, where Veeam creates a snapshot and runs the backup against that snapshot. So we've been forced into buying new storage appliances...
I don't get why HPE won't just let us buy an extension to an existing expiring license, or even better, they should've offered to convert the 3 year term-based licenses.

They dont offer the 4TB license but they offer the 10TB license. They only sell the perpetual license but it costs 2x as much as the 3 year term.
This document announced the change in 2017. Weren't you paying attention? Lol! Kidding! I was not paying attention.

I'm sad I now have to pay $12,000 for my 2 node system if I want to make any changes to it. Very scary!!
