memory not detected after upgrade from 9.5 to 12.5

after storage crash , we ahve upgraded os from 9.5 to 12.5 and cmc to the version included in saniq 12.5 . 

unfortunately , after importing the 4 nodes through the cmc and when trying to format the storage we got the following message : 

"setting raid configuration failed . the system failed to create raid because there is not enough memory avalable to accomodate the configured storage devices . avalable memory=0.00 MB ; required memory = 1000 MB . it's possible that this storage nodes has higher capacity drives than its original configuration . please add more physical memory . then try again " 

we are blocked at this step . could someone help with this issue please ?? (thanks ) 

for info , we have 24gb installed in each node and checked as healthy through ilo

the problem was solved with accessing to orca and creating a new raid 5 for each node
