missing stats from SANiQ 8.5 MIBs
clusModuleStatsIoLatencyRead
clusModuleStatsIoLatencyWrite
clusModuleStatsIOsRead
clusModuleStatsIOsWrite
clusModuleStatsKbytesRead
clusModuleStatsKbytesWrite
Can't query them anymore, and they are missing from the new LEFTHAND-NETWORKS-NSM-CLUSTERING-MIB.mib
These counters are still available in the CMC, but now been removed from the SNMP stack. Any reason why HP would remove the ability to collect module statistics via SNMP?

Re: missing stats from SANiQ 8.5 MIBs
My HP Sys Engineer contacted me a few weeks ago about SNMP use as they were looking into something, I thought with 8.5. So perhaps it is related....
Does the 8.1 MIBs work with it still? Perhaps it was just an oversite.

Re: missing stats from SANiQ 8.5 MIBs
The 8.1 mib still works, but of course those mentioned stats no longer report data.
I haven't updated the MIB files on my nagios server yet, because when I looked at the new mib and saw those counters missing, I didn't want to update the mib (because then I would loose those counters on my SANs that are still running 8.1)
I ran this up the support line with my local HP engineer too, so lets see if we can get some resolution. I'll post here if I discover anything.

Re: missing stats from SANiQ 8.5 MIBs
Apparantly I was using deprecated OIDs..
The old ones have been deprecated from LEFTHAND-NETWORKS-NSM-CLUSTERING-MIB.
The new OIDs are in LEFTHAND-NETWORKS-NSM-STORAGE-MIB
This is from the HP engineers:
"Customers should be using the following MIBs for all node-specific performance monitoring with SAN/iQ versions 8.x and higher."
"storageRaidStatsIOsRead" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.16"
"storageRaidStatsIOsWrite" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.17"
"storageRaidStatsKbytesRead" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.19"
"storageRaidStatsKbytesWrite" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.20"
"storageRaidStatsQDepthTotal" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.22"
"storageRaidStatsIoLatencyRead" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.23"
"storageRaidStatsIoLatencyWrite" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9804.3.1.1.2.4.24"
So for example, my SNMP query from my NAGIOS server now reads like this:
/usr/local/groundwork/nagios/libexec/check_snmp -H 10.0.0.10 -C public -P 2c -o LEFTHAND-NETWORKS-NSM-STORAGE-MIB::storageRaidStatsIOsRead.0
SNMP OK - 11376221610835968 | LEFTHAND-NETWORKS-NSM-STORAGE-MIB::storageRaidStatsIOsRead.0=11376221610835968c
