Can the Out-of-space warning threshold be ajusted, by the customer?

From the 12.7 Release notes:

The out-of-space warning threshold for clusters was adjusted to a lower value so as to trigger earlier warnings.

CU want to raise the alarm level. He is Currently at 82%
