P4300 and FOM ESX

Hi,

i have installed two P4300 Nodes, create a management group with this nodes and a cluster.
Now i installed the FOM on a ESX Server, give him a IP and Hostname.
I can find this new node in CMC, but if i try to add the FOM to the management group it fail.
I get the message "waiting for 1 manager come online" - i wait up to 45 min. but nothing happens.
If i stopp this i see the FOM is inside the management group but with a error that "Manager starting/stopping".
I can then remove the FOM from management group and get the message "Could not find the node with serial number ..." but the node would be removed.

Where is the wrong pieces? I need some hints to resolve this problem.

I think it was a problem of network configuration inside the ESX server, probably blocked ports from ESX firewall. The ESX Admin changed someone, nothing else was changed, and now it works fine.
