Hi,
IN HP SIM 6.2 we run the Contract and Warranty Data Collection for our P4500 G2 we get a error saying that the productnumber was not found : 592100-001, but this is the productnumer that's on the P4500.
Any good ideas?

That looks like a spare partnumber...
Is this system part of a bundle?
If yes, there is a sticker on the box that lists the part+serialnumber of the bundle and says those numbers should be use when making calls.
Maybe this number is required in HPSIM/IRSA.

Thanks Uwe,
That was just the problem, HP SIM had the SN and PN on the P4500 box, but as i bougt it as a bundel the was a extra SN an PN, after these was enter HP SIM could find the information.
