Problems with storvirtual 4330 / 4335 firmware 12.0.00.0725

Hi Guys , i have problems with cmc version 12.8.
In storage system i see only srvfom but not my 4 storevirtual ProLiant DL360p Gen8.

Ping storevirtual is ok but with the find system ( ip or automatic discovery ) nothing .
What's up ?

I try with this command  :

utility run="servicectl eman stop"
utility run="servicectl eman start"
utility run="service hydra restart"

... but reply on  4 storevirtual nodes are :

4 Nodes not showing up in CMC could be due to multiple reasons.

We can log into iLO of these Nodes and check the Hardware status.

Also we can launch the Remote Console for the Node in iLO and check if it is at the log in screen.

If so type start and go the SAN/iQ Console screen. Try logging in here. 

Please let me know if the Nodes are logging in fine there. Share screenshots if possible.

Log-in ILO and start HTML5 Console .

At prompt type start and appears SAN/iQ console screen .

Cursor blinking in the right of login button . When I hit enter don't see the prompt for username and password and

cursor remains blinking.

If its not letting you to log in indicates that services are is in hung state. We might have to reboot the Node. 

However we are not sure of the current storage status.  What is the quorum required and the number of the Managers running currently. 

Please let us know if this is happening on all the Nodes.

In vsphere client all disk are ok . Cluster create  :

-clusterfast (store02-store04)
-clusterslow (store01-store03)

Through ilo I cannot log in to any node ; only with putty port 16022

Where can I see number of the manager and the quorum ?

As per the configuration shared, I see 2 StoreVirtual Nodes are part of 2 sites. FOM is on third site.

Manager and Quorum information will be seen in CMC. Since Nodes are not getting detected in CMC, we will not know the Quorum status and also Volume status.

Please let me know if CMC, Nodes and FOM are all on routable Network.

Hi , from CMC server i pinging nodes and FOM .

How can I try to pinging nodes to FOM or FOM to nodes ?

@Almo70As you said you are seeing FOM in CMC, please log into it. If it logs in, you can expand the FOM and under Network you have an option for ping. You can enter the IP Address of the Nodes here to check if there is a response.
