QLogic QLE4062C HBA, VMware ESXi 5.1 and LeftHand O/S 10.5

The current configuration is IBM x3560 servers running ESXi 5.1 and the server have QLE4062C iSCSI HBAs installed.

The SAN consists of two StoreVirtual 4530 nodes in a cluster. 

The issue is that the QLogic iSCSI initator will not discover the volume dynamically by entering the  cluster VIP but if you do a static connection to the VIP it works. I know that the QLE4062C cards are on the compatibility matrix and and are supported.

My question is has anyone run into a similar issue and what is the fix?
