3com POE issue

Hi

We have had a 5500g (in a 3 switch stack) poe issue where all devices connected into it rebooted but the switch remained up and available.

 

the only thing the log shows is the interfaces going down and then back up again.

 

has anyone had this issue before? it only affected one of the switches in the stack.
