Compaq Presario V5030EA Problem

My laptop Compaq Presario V5030EA throws the following message while booting up:

ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI in slot 03
Bus:06, Device:02, Function:00
ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI in slot 04
Bus:06, Device:06, Function:00

Press to resume, to setup
---------------------------------------------
Loading setup defaults does not help. Re-installing windows also does not help.

All devices like WLAN, LAN, MODEM, AUDIO on PCI are not detected.

Please Help.
