Hi,

I know there isn't supposed to be any CLI for this switch, but is there some way to pull the config file off it?

Hi, you can download/upload configuration file via web management interface of this switch.

Thanks for your reply.

I need to guide someone remotely to do this, and I don't have access to a similar switch.

Do you know what the menu selections are to accomplish this?

Sorry for bumping thread.But my issue is almost the same.I am planning to load a new config file into my 2610 but before that I need to know is there any cli cmd or GUI where I can list all the contents directory in the switch?
