Creating users on switch

Hello,
I want to create different users on the 2650 switch and also assign different levels to them.
I have gone through the docs but they say that i have to configure Radius or TACACS server for that. Is it possible locally on the switch?

Hi

You can create users locally on the Switch BUT you can assign only 2 Levels: Manager and Operator.

Sw(Config)#password manager [user-name ]

there are not only two levels but also only two users supported locally. If you want multiple users then use tacacs or radius or public key auth.
