Failed Java Applet on ProCurve 4000M

I have been having trouble viewing the web interface on the ProCurve Switch 4000M using IE6. Initially I was told that the 4000m does not support browsing using IE7, so I reverted by to version 6. I still get an error "Java Applet Failed" and the interface does not fully display.

Hi !

This is a java problem, not a IE6 or IE7 problem.

Make sure that you are using C.09.28 which have support for java 1.5.0 or later according to release notes.
