HP 5400zl Tombstone error 0xDEADDEA6 and 0x13000601
We recently upgraded our switches from K.12.52 to K.13.67, and we are seeing the following issues occur throughout the campus:
- the switch will not respond for 35 seconds and it will be on soft reboot loop.
- A hard reboot ( unplugging the power) won't fix it.
- the logs show the following errors:
02/17/10 10:52:55 00374 chassis: Slot B Slave ROM Tombstone: 0x13000601
W 02/17/10 10:52:57 00374 chassis: Slot A Slave ROM Tombstone: 0xDEADDEA6
I 02/17/10 11:09:02 00579 chassis: Slot A Software update completed on PoE
controller 1.
I 02/17/10 11:09:03 00579 chassis: Slot D Software update completed on PoE
controller 1.
I 02/17/10 11:09:03 00579 chassis: Slot C Software update completed on PoE
controller 1.
I 02/17/10 11:09:03 00579 chassis: Slot F Software update completed on PoE
controller 1.
So far we had 10 switches that are having the issues.
Any ideas anybody besides downgrading?
