HP Procurve 2610 bcmRX crash
Hi,
we have a problem with crashing HP procurve 2610 switches. After the crash in 90% the switch loses its configuration and we have to manualy configure the switch. I havent found any information on internet with this kind of crash.
It happends to random switches, at random times with this message:

If you haven't done so already, I would definitely log a support call. These things have 'lifetime' warranty.

I notice R.11.63 in your information; R11.72 is available.
There is no reference to any relevant fixes in the ReleaseNotes, but worth a try nonetheless.
