Hp Voip Problem
Hi,
We are using some kind of voip phones.(Telesis)When the internet usage is high on switch the connection is being suddenly broken. We tried to disable stp, igmp, take the voip network off the firewall, take all voip stations to same vlan, qos definations(high),define voice for that vlan, but nothing changed. All switches use latest software.
Configuration:
vlan 1011
name "Santral"
untagged A20
no ip address
qos priority 7
tagged A21
voice
exit
Models are:2610,4204,2510g-48,2650c.Connection between switches is fiber point to point connected with spf modules.
do you have any solution for this case?
THX.
