Links are disabled on some GbE2c L2/L3 Ethernet Blade Switch ports

Hello All

I'm configuring 2 GbE2c L2/L3 Ethernet Blade Switch on a BL3000c enclosure.

These switches have 18 internal ports (blades and x-connections), 1 for management and 5 external.

On both switches I have no link when connecting cables on ports 21 and 22.

When I look at the port information, I see that the link status is "disabled". I've checked the port config, and for these ports they seem to be the same as for the other.

Any ideas?
