mib for procurve 2650

Hi I have two Hp procurve 2650.

However I have big trouble understanding how the Mib is composed.

I've found this site at HP
http://h40060.www4.hp.com/procurve/includes/software/index.php?cc=uk&lc=en&content=mibs-mar08

I downloaded the zip and read the instructions but I have no idea how to put together a "mib packet" for my procurve.

Is there anybody who knows how this is done?
