NC360T IP setup help

Sorry for any dup post, I think I posted this originally in the wrong forum section...

I am installing this NIC in a Proliant ML350 G4 server this weekend. I have not done this before and am looking to find some general setup help.

My understanding in that I will disable the built-in NIC and just use this dual nic. But do I assign 2 new IP's to the card ports, or do I just use the same 1 IP that is on the built-in nic?

I have a total of 4 ML 350's and two have an additional nic and looking at the properties, those are setup with the same IP.

Also, I'm not sure if I should setup th enic as teaming or just leave it as whatever the default is.
