Network connecting multiple locations

I am planning to create a contribution link network for television transmission across 6 different Transmitter locations. There are 6 transmistter sites in differnt locations and these all locations are connected with fiber (By a third party, and i am not sure how the connection is ). I have to carry two multicast stream data, each is having 36MB from one Multiplexer platform to all the 6 transmitter sites. Also i want to take the management of all the devices in the Transmitter stations to the NOC. I am planning to create two VLANs in each switch, one for data and one for management. Will all these work if i am connecting all the swiches via Trunk through SFP-Fiber ports. Kindly advice the best way to do with the supporting switch models.
