Rtn Shipping Labels Not Provided

Over the last couple of months, I've had to have about a dozen Procurve parts replaced under the lifetime warranty.

I have not had a single part arrive with a return shipping label. I then have to go online, fill out a form and then in a day or two I get a label via email.

On average, this is adding 3-4 days to the return process and is VERY frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi Scott,

There has been an issue with return labels not printing. The issue was investigated, a root cause was determined, and I received word this morning that return labels appear to be shipping with replacement parts again.

Where is the online form to fill out for return labels? I have been having a similar problem and have to sit on hold for at least half an hour before getting someone on the phone. Even then, there's no guarantee that a new label will be sent to me. I've been waiting two days for the last one to be emailed.
