hello,
I want to replace modules J4112 (4 port 100Base fiber) by 4-port 1000Base fiber

does it exist on Procurve Switch 8000M ?

No, it does not exist. There are single port Gig SX, Gig LX and Gig TX modules but I believe even these are no longer manufactured. You might have some luck finding these modules on the grey market though....
