AIX to HP UX Migration

Hello all,

I am looking for a guide/migration plan for AIX to HPUX migration. We are planning to migrate the database as well as application from AIX to HPUX. database is Oracle 10g to 11g and i am not quite sure abt the applications right now. please provide your ideas/approaches like where to start, what are the points to be considered prior migration, any docs/guides. Thanks in advance.
