Backup and maybe HA
Using a self-builded Intel-based computer for own website apache server etc. with iMSCP servers running on Ubunti Linux 16.04 LTS with kernel version Ubuntu 4.4.0-104.127-generic 4.4.98 in a virtualbox as virtual server for Website(s).
Hardware is a Motherboard Intel (r) Desktop Board DH87RL with 32 GB Kingston (non-ECC) and two 750 GB Western Digital Red harddrive as well as one 128 GB Samsung SSD from 830 Series and LG GH24NS DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-RAM with Central Unit Prozessor

On boot drive is Ubuntu Linux 16.04 LTS with VirtualBox Hypervisor starting one vm with Ubuntu Linux 16.04 LTS with Apache and mySQL the other vm starts and Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 with Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express and Remote Desktop Services.
Seeking a quick and simple, but secure solution to backup securely and restore completely hypervisor and vms with minimum downtime in case.

Is this also possible with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS running?
When is it recommended to by Ubuntu Support and Management via Ubuntu Store?
When is it recommended to buy HPE server with (advanced) care pack and Linux certified hardware-base?
Is there a HPE cloud storage subscribtion pack available?
Additional Backup in Cloud f.e. must be compliant with EU and german law of datasafety.

P.S.: Answers and links also preffered in german language for further decission makers. Have now configured dejadup backup for /mount/kvm (raid) to external USB hdd weekly. Works so far.
