Can I move a root disk from one vpar to another vpar of different SD complex

I need to move a HPux-vpar from one SD complex to another, Due to some resource crunch.Can I move the root disk from one vpar to another vpar of different SD complex to create an identical system ? My system is HP Integrity-SD & OS is HP-Ux 11.23 .

IMHO yes, as long as you add it to a running system. The existing vpdb will be copied to the new disk.

Do you need to move one VPAR from on SD to another SD ?
