Can not loggon

I can´t logg on

find bash or use a different shell for this user

Are you trying to login directly to the console or is it remote login? Are you a normal user or root?

Is it a production server?
Have you tried single user mode?
If you can try to boot in rescue mode then can you check if you find the below command:
#/sbin/getty
if this command is not found than check for the util-linux package as it provides getty.

Yes, this is a dom-0 host server for XEN virtual machines production server.
The VM´s working without problem but I can not reboot rigth now.....
Another choice???
