Can not login to HP Unix Server

Hi All,

Sometime when I log on to HP-Unix Server, it's show log in unsuccessfully; I log on by root user and the password is OK, it's not problem of forget user or password; I restart server and logging on is OK. How can I read the error logs and find out reason, how to fix it?

My server is: HP rx2800 i2 Rack-Optimized Server - HP rx2800 i2 Itanium 9320.

This is messages show up on SSH terminal:

Last successful login for root: Sat Jun 28 15:22:44 2014
Last unsuccessful login for root: Mon Jun 16 15:57:43 2014
Last login: Mon Jul 7 16:52:21 2014 from 42.3.110.44

The /var/adm/btmps and /var/adm/wtmps logs are read by the commands lastb(1) and last(1).

The reason is almost always a bad password, since it has the correct name.
