try with rmsf -H

if possible reboot the server.

# rmsf -v -H 64000/0xfa00/0x21
Device at 64000/0xfa00/0x21 is busy. Cannot remove.

I tryed reboot the server before, it was helping. But without reboot, i can't remove any dsf, even if storage array is not available.

Hi Andrew ,
Sorry for delay.

Can u try to remove this LDEV from ur SAN Sorage. once u removed this LDEV from SAN storage just checked by ioscan.

Also check the latest cumulative patches kit installed.

Yes, i tried to remov the LDEV from the SAN Storage and then checked by ioscan. It wasn't help.

And same test on the corresponding legacy devices files : /dev/dsk/c19t0d1, /dev/rdsk/c19t0d1, /dev/dsk/c25t0d1 and /dev/rdsk/c25t0d1 ?

I already tried to remove the legacy devices (/dev/dsk/*). The legacy devices (/dev/dsk/*) was removing successfully, but persistent devices (/dev/disk/*) wasn't removing in any case.
