Compare files - RHEL 5

Good Morning!

 

I have a server A and Server B (part of RAC nodes) and there is a problem with one node(Server A). Since we have a situation of one good and one bad, i wanted to compare the 2 nodes for files. What is the best way to do file comparison between 2 servers in Linux(RAC). Please help!
