cpu utilization:- one is 0% idel while other is 80 % idel
one is idel while other is overloaded. orcale process is taking all the cpu uses. concern is this it should be in blance.

Can you post the output of:
cat /proc/cpuinfo
Is this a dual core or hiper-threading processor?
