cron

Hi,

Cron jobs on my system are not getting executed.

in cron.log i see the following error message

cron[1733]: (CRON) STARTUP (fork ok)
cron[1733]: (root) WRONG INODE INFO (crontabs/root)
cron[1733]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs)

cron is running on the system

/etc/rc.d/init.d/cron status
cron (pid 1887) is running...

any thoughts ??

restart the cron and see if it report any more info on the messages file
