DCE RPC &DCE-KT-tools

Hi 

 

          i want to i install DCE RPC and DCE-KT-Tools for configuring syslog intigration on hpux 11.23 (network node manger 7.53) can onyone let me know where can i obtain DCE RPC and DCE-KT tools and the installation procedure..
