Does the io error cause to the user login problem?
Dear supporters,
hp server -rp4410-hpux11iv2
One of our oracle user facing the remote login problem with message user account disable but when i check with user status account is active , when i switch to oracle user account on locally then remote user able to login with this oracle account.
I was verified the syslogs as per syslogs there is io errors and verified with cstm utility it found pci component and pci bus errors. I loged a case with vendor hp to resolve at hardware level.
I want to know is it exactly cause for this user login problem? .... If not assist me to resolve this remote user login problem.

Re: Does the io error cause to the user login problem?
if problem persist for only mentioned user and other user able to logon, that means no network problem, but configuration issue on oracle system user.
