DSAU - CFEngine test environment

I am taking my dsau setup from epic only to all hp-ux systems in my network. I have stuff setup, but I was wondering if anyone has ever setup a "test" environment, or if there is something in DSAU for testing only? This is a major change from what we had and I would like to be able to test things before I do a big bang and throw it into place.

We are running HP-UX 11vi3, patched march 2012, my server is a bl860.

Thanks for any ideas or thoughts.
