Controller card = p400
Last two three days some error messages in my syslog file

The message says there is a problem with drive 3, this is logival drive 1 (RAID0!!).
Do you mirror the drives with LVM???
If not, backup the data from this drive, replace it, configure it again as a RAID 0 drive and restore your data.
When you have replaced the disk, use sautil with "accept_media_xchg" to enable the RAID0 again.
Example:
# sautil /dev/ciss3 accept_media_xchg 3
