filesystem discrepancy

Hi,

Can anyone explain the following discrepancy

/dev/datavg/dominodatalv
314668596 296213636 2470732 100% /domino/data

The filesystem is 314gb, 296gb used yet only 2.4gb free.

We have stopped the application and re-mounted the filesystem but still the same.

Is this simply overhead ?

Sorry,

man mkfs.ext3

-m reserved-blocks-percentage
Specify the percentage of the filesystem blocks reserved for the
super-user. This value defaults to 5%.
