Re: Free space on two diferrents Volume group
Nope.
What is in each volume group, belongs to that volume group.
Options
1. Add more disk to one or both vg's. And extend lvol accordingly.
2. Create two logical volumes, one on each vg and mount to two file systems.
Just a thought,
Rita

Re: Free space on two diferrents Volume group
This is not possible as logical volumes are
the logical containers in the VGs itself.
We need to add more disks or remove the unused
disks from the one VG and move it to other.
And then crate a new logical volume of the required size.
But good idea will be to add a disk.
Thanks
