how to disable fc card?

can you please tell me how to disbale a fc card ?

 

 is there any impact for  other port?

Check out the command fcmsutil.  The syntax would be something like # fcmsutil <dev_file> disable

Not sure what you mean by "other port" here, but by disabling the card you are shutting down the laser.  The switch on the other end shows the port as offline or "no light".
