How to reduce primary swap size in HP-UX 11.31?

Hello,

 I want to reduce primary swap in HP-UX 11.31. I used to use sam in 11.23 to deal with swap. Now, there is no such thing in sam on 11.31. Can someone tell me what to do?

Why would you want to reduce swap?  What does "swapinfo -tam" show?

For 11.31, there is swapoff(1m) but I don't think it does what you want.
