HP ProLiant DL380 G6

Hello @ALL,
At the end of the last year, i had bought me a HP ProLiant DL360 G6. This is my first physikal server. In the past i had coding a few gaming server but i never set up a server by me own. I have install ubuntu 16.04.3 on my server.
Now my problem is that my router (fritzbox 7490) dont show me the server and i cant get a connection to the inter/intranet and i dont know why. The LEDs from the lan ports in the back of my server are flashing. I cant use commands like "wget". Wenn i try the use wget the server says "-bash: wget: no command"
I dont have much Experience with serverworks.
I hope somebody can help me.

This is more of a Linux question.  You're missing the wget package.

Can you use ping to check out your internet connections?

Re: HP ProLiant DL380 G6

try this..

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Read through all dependency that required by the package that your want to install. Keep in mine that, you must install all the software dependency so that you dont have any problem later on.
