hp_unixagt high cpu use

I have a system with HPUX 11.31. I would like to know if there is any problem with hp_unixagt process because it consume high percent of cpu. How can I know if it is a right behavior of it or a wrong one? I found a note in forum for a similar issue but in HPUX 11.11, it was solved by installing snmp and emanate patches. In 11.31 there are not those patches. Please your advice.
