can you advise me, what is the best FREE tool for management of group of HP-UX servers (plus some EVA disk arrays) from one management console.

Hello,

You can use HP System Insight Manager.

HP offer SIM as a free download. You can set it up and use to monitor your servers ect for no cost.

But you would need to purchase licenses for some add on packages.

Hello,

The latest version for HP-UX contains besides SIM the following packages:

WBEMSvcs - HP WBEM Services for HP-UX (A.02.09.02)
JAVAOOB - Java2 Out-of-box for HP-UX (02.05.00)
SecureShell - HPSIM-HP-UX Secure Shell (A.05.30.008)

All those are "free" software, you do not have to pay for.
